Managing Director
Ed is a recognised leader in the energy sector, with broad experience in public, private and not-for-profit organisations at board and executive levels. He has led all stages of the policy reform journey and several successful reform programs.
Ed has experience in operation and strategic aspects of energy and water utilities and has significant policy, regulatory and reform experience through his time at the Australian Energy Market Commission (AEMC) and the Energy Security Board (ESB). He is recognised for his skilful collaborative approach to problem solving and policy development
Ed has supported major co-design initiatives such as AEMO’s CER Data Exchange, advised clients on consumer energy resources (CER) strategy development, and supported governments in designing and implementing new policy programs. Ed also chairs SA Power Networks’ Innovation Advisory Group and is an independent board member of the not-for-profit organisation National Energy PKI (NEPKI)/

Energy Policy and Reform Lead
Anthony is an experienced consultant at the Director level. He has been responsible for managing several major Australian clients, including governments, regulators and energy network businesses.
Anthony has over 20 years of public policy and regulatory experience. This includes four years of experience as a rule maker at the Australian Energy Market Commission (AEMC), and ten years of experience as an economic regulator at the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) and Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). Anthony was also previously a research economist at the Productivity Commission and Monash University.
Anthony is a subject matter expert on energy network regulation, and has significant experience implementing incentive-based regulatory frameworks and economic pricing arrangements. Anthony has a long history of delivering major projects and industry reforms.

Maurice Oldham
Maurice Oldham
Decarbonisation Lead
Maurice has over 18 years’ global experience providing strategic, policy, technical and market advice on energy and decarbonisation issues in a policy development and program management environment, both in-house and as a consultant.
Maurice delivers impactful advice to diverse clients in the energy and climate space, including guidance on project issues related to strategy, commercial, regulatory and policy interfaces, investment decisions and project implementation. He has strong experience working with and for government, developing energy policy and managing climate programs.
Maurice has supported a variety of government and commercial organisations, across Australia and globally. His experience covers federal and state government departments and agencies, international bodies, regulated energy and water entities, private companies, industry organisations and private investors.
